Migration terms

What you're buying

OffRamp migrates your Base44 app as-is — same features, same data, same behavior — onto infrastructure you own (your Supabase project, your Vercel project, your GitHub repository). The fixed fee quoted after your free analysis covers the complete migration: code porting, data and file migration, and deployment into your accounts.

Verification & acceptance

You test and verify the migrated app — we don't sign off on your behalf. After delivery you have 7 days to go through the verification checklist and confirm everything works.

If something that worked in your Base44 app doesn't work after the migration, report it from the verification page: describe the steps to reproduce, what you expected, and what actually happened. We'll attempt a fix and email you when it's ready to re-test. This loops until you confirm it works or the 7-day window closes.

Scope of fixes: free fixes cover migration defects only — things that worked in Base44 and broke in the migration. They do not cover things that were already broken in your Base44 app, nor new features, changes, or redesigns. Those are quoted separately if you want them.

If the 7-day window closes with no open defect reports — or you confirm everything works, whichever comes first — the migration is deemed acceptedand complete.

Refunds

The money-back guarantee covers the staging review period: test everything in your private staging preview — every feature, your data, your logins. If you’re not happy with the result, or we can’t deliver what we promised, you get a full refund. When you confirm that everything works as intended and start the handover, the guarantee period ends.

Your data & accounts

The migration deploys into accounts you own and control. API keys and credentials you provide are used only to perform your migration and are never shared. You can revoke them at any time.

Summary

The fixed fee covers migrating your app as-is — same features, same data — onto infrastructure you own. Free fixes cover migration regressions only: things that worked in your Base44 app and broke in the migration. Not included: things already broken in Base44, or new features/improvements (quoted separately). After delivery you have 7 days to test and report regressions; report what's broken, we'll attempt a fix, and you re-test — looping until you confirm it works or the window closes. If the window closes with no open regression reports, the migration is deemed accepted. Refunds: if we cannot complete your migration you get a full refund — otherwise the fee is for work performed and is non-refundable. You keep the complete ported code either way.
