Does my Base44 app stay untouched?
Yes. Everything starts from a read-only export, and we never touch your Base44 project, data, billing, or settings. Your app keeps running normally until you decide to switch over.
Do I need to code?
No. The whole flow is clicks and pasting keys where we point you. If you can export a file and copy-paste, you can do this.
What if something's broken after the migration?
Every migration includes a 7-day verification window. Click through your app — if something that worked on Base44 doesn't work now, report it from the checklist and we'll fix it. Fixes cover migration defects: things that broke in the move. The full policy is in our Terms.
How much does it cost?
The analysis is free and takes about a minute. After that you get one fixed quote for the whole migration — a one-time payment. No subscription, nothing recurring.
What do I need?
Access to your Base44 account (you approve the connection yourself on their site), plus free Supabase, Vercel, and GitHub accounts — the free tiers cover most apps. If your app uses third-party services, our gap report lists each key we need and why.
Will my users keep their passwords?
No — and anyone who tells you otherwise is guessing. Base44 doesn't export password data, so existing passwords can't transfer to any new platform. We recreate every user account, and your users will need to create new passwords (encrypted passwords can't be moved). We'll email each of them a reset link — or you can reach out to them manually instead.
Should I use Base44's eject command?
No. Despite the name, eject clones your project onto a brand-new Base44 backend — your database calls, logins, and files still run on their servers. Just connect your account and we'll pull your app directly.
